Beach Party PTU Tut

Supplies Needed:
PSP: I used PSP9, but any version should do.
 Kit of Choice: I used Beach Party by Scrappin Krazy Designs. You can find where to buy it here.
 Tube of Choice: I used a tube by Kaci McVay. You can  find it here. Please do not use without the proper license!
Mask of Choice: I used WSL_Mask2 here.
Font of Choice: I used Beach Type here.
 
Let's get started!
 
New canvas 600X600
C/P ele16 Resize 70%
C/P paper of choice behind ele16
Resize if needed (I used p03 resized 70% & moved up.)
Use the selection tool (selection type: Rectangle; Mode: Add) to select the rectangles in ele16
On paper layer invert selection, delete & deselect

C/P ele44 Resize 70% Duplicate & Mirror
(I recolored mine using Manual Correction)

C/P tube Resize if needed
(I lightened mine using Brightness/Contrast)

C/P elements of choice
I used the following:
ele02- resize 45%
ele05- resize 35%
ele33- resize 65% & Mirror
ele40- resize 25%
ele57- resize 20%
ele06- resize 35%
ele43

Add DS to desired elements & tube

C/P paper of choice right above background layer
(I used p06)
Apply mask & merge group
I resized mine 90%
 
Crop & resize
Add name & copyright
Save as .png & you're done!

C/P ele11 Resize 65%
Select inside with magic wand
Expand by 3
C/P paper of choice (I used p01)
Invert selection & Delete
Deselect

C/P tube Resize if needed
Erase any parts showing below frame

C/P elements of choice

ele55 Resize 35%
ele54 Resize 35%
ele37 Resize 65% Duplicate & Mirror; Duplicate again & move left, Duplicate & Mirror
ele08 Resize 45%
ele05 Resize 45%
ele28 Resize 25% Free rotate right 90; Duplicate & Mirror
ele35 Resize 35%; Duplicate & Mirror

C/P paper of choice (I used p14)
Apply mask & merge
Resize 95%

Duplicate & arrange until you have "grass" along bottom of fence
C/P 3LH10 - WS Flowers 17
Resize 35% & move below grass you just made
Duplicate
C/P 3LH10 - WS Garden Bench 1
Resize 35%
C/P tube
Resize if needed
Duplicate, Gaussian Blur 3 & change blend mode to soft light
Merge tube layers together

C/P any elements you want
I used the following:
3LH10 - WS Duck- resize 15%
3LH10 - WS Rabbit- resize 15% & 65%
3LH10 - WS Pot plant- resize 25%
3LH10 - WS bird- resize 15% & 35%
3LH10 - WS Cherry blossom tree- resize 55%, Duplicate & Mirror

Add DS to elements, tube & frame

C/P paper of choice right above background layer (I used 3LH10 - WS Paper 19)
Apply mask & merge group
Use raster deform tool to adjust to your liking
Lower opacity to 65%

Hide mask & tube layers
Merge visible
Duplicate, Gaussian Blur 3 & change blend mode to soft light
Unhide mask & tube layer
 
Crop & resize
Add name & copyright
Save as .png & you're done!
